First Asian Conference on DMD Inaugurated at Bangalore

The first Asian conference on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) was inaugurated in Bangalore. The two day conference, jointly organized by United Parent Projects Muscular Dystrophy (UPPMD), an organisation owned and managed by Parents of children with DMD, HCG Foundation and NIMHANS, is an attempt to change the future for Duchenne boys in the Asian region.
