Skyway Software Positioned by Leading Industry Analyst Firm in Magic Quadrant

Skyway Software, an open source, code generation alternative for delivering Java EE applications for the Spring Framework, announced that it has been positioned in the Visionaries quadrant by Gartner in its December 2008 "Magic Quadrant for Application Infrastructure for SOA Composite Application Projects." Magic Quadrants are a research tool developed by Gartner to offer visual snapshots of a market's participants based on completeness of vision and ability to execute.

According to Gartner, "this research aims at helping organizations select a comprehensive and end-to-end application infrastructure to support composite application projects in the content of SOA and other initiatives." The report goes on to list some of the strengths of Skyway Software. Skyway Software's Skyway Builder product is a Java application generator for the Spring Framework, an open source application framework for the Java platform. Skyway Builder allows new Spring developers to build complex applications and services quickly and easily and gives experienced Spring developers more flexibility, simplicity and increased speed of delivery.
