3Com Appoints Inspira Enterprise as Exclusive Distributor for India

3Com Corporation announced it has appointed Inspira Enterprise India as the exclusive distributor for all its networking products and solutions in India.  Founded by local entrepreneur Prakash Jain, Inspira is an IT services and solutions provider that will have complete responsibility for all of 3Com's sales, marketing, distribution and servicing activities in the country. The Inspira team will work in close collaboration with 3Com's India office. Under the terms of the arrangement, Inspira will dedicate a team of people to focus exclusively on 3Com, and they also will set up a Customer Management Centre to serve as a single point of contact for all Indian customers, providing multi-lingual 24/7 fault management support and other services; including a demo centre in New Delhi to showcase 3Com's solutions.
