TAL Manufacturing Solutions Launches Next Generation Products

TAL Manufacturing showcased their new range of next generation machines at IMTEX 2009: Horizontal Machining Center H-500 Plus; Vertical Machining Center V- 800 Plus; Vertical Turning Center MTV B-500. The launch of these new generation machines is a major mile-stone in TAL's progression towards world class cost-effective technology offerings. These new Standard Products not only expand its existing range of Vertical Machining Centers Series (V400 and V500+ etc.) but also initiate two new platforms viz. Horizontal Machining Centers and the Vertical Turning Centers.  These contemporary machine tools are designed to meet the most stringent standards of precision and other performance parameters, for the new emerging and growing component machining industries in India. Besides the Automotive sector, these machines will also serve a variety of applications in industries like Energy, Defense, Aerospace, and other precision Engineering requirements.

These new multi-purpose machines will enhance the manufacturing range substantially, and increase productivity with reduced cycle times through a variety of features. The machines will provide significant cost effective solutions, by eliminating the need of using multiple machines to complete a task. The new range of machines bring enhanced rigidity and will provide robust & reliable solutions, with all advantages that have till recently been available through, much costlier and usually unaffordable, imported products. These products will be ideal for machining a wide range of materials from light special Aluminum alloys to special steels & exotic Titanium, for manufacture of precision components covering automotive to aerospace applications.

The TAL-Heller collaboration will bring these machines at competitive prices in India and fully support the same, through the TAL service network. TAL & Heller have setup a number of similar product lines in India recently, for a number of automotive and precision engineering manufacturing companies. The TAL service support network, with a large team trained at Heller is already operational. A full fledged Technology Centre is being setup at TAL Pune, which will showcase the latest state-of-the-art technology Heller machines. This Tech Centre will be equipped to provide full support on application engineering, training and other customer services.
