- The Human Development Magazine - India's first and only education
and news analysis magazine - was ceremonially released by Shukla Bose,
Founder CEO of Parikrma Humanity Foundation (PHF), at the Oxford Bookstore,
Bangalore.
Launched in November 1999 with the objective of "building the pressure of public opinion to make education the no.1 item on the national agenda", EducationWorld completed seven years of uninterrupted publishing on November 1. Currently EW has 1 million subscribers/ readers in all 31 states of the Indian Union.
