Primarily Coach, Mentor, and Advisor to Entrepreneurs and to Family Business.As an independent management consultant for the last 22 years, in India, I work with Owners/CEOs of Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and larger enterprises in the private sector, including multinationals, manufacturing a wide range of industrial and consumer products, assisting in evolving growth and functional improvement strategies. Prior to my career as an independent management consultant, I worked with private sector industry in India for nearly 20 years, starting as a Management Trainee and rising to top management positions in Corporate Planning & Strategy, in Human Resource Development, and in Marketing & Sales. I have been associated as an Expert with UNIDO in Enterprise Restructuring projects in Africa in Zambia and Tanzania with special reference to the SME sector.
