The one day conclave was organized by jointly by Custommerce and SDM Institute for Management Development (SDM-IMD), Mysore on 29th August in the institute campus. The conclave addressed the common hurdle when it comes to delivering customer service -failure to sustain top management involvement over a longer period. The conclave also hosted panel discussions on the subject. The conclave was also addressed by Dr. Pradeep Rau - Infosys Technologies, Radhika Ramesh - Bharti Airtel and Mr. G Shankar Nair - Convener, Custommerce.
