The TiE Entrepreneurial Summit 2008 (TES 2008), will be held from December 16 to 18, 2008 in Bangalore. The Summit features successful and experienced entrepreneurs, sharing their knowledge on global entrepreneurship over 3 days across 50 stimulating sessions. The Summit is produced by The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), the world's largest organisation of its kind. TES 2008 will provide a comprehensive perspective of all aspects of entrepreneurship and creates a unique platform for entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs from across industry segments to bond and share ideas, experience and business objectives. TES 2008 has a charter to put into play the vision of TiE to transform itself from being perceived as an organisation meant primarily for technology-oriented sectors. This year's Summit is designed to include other entrepreneurship groups and a variety of stakeholders from diverse sectors including retail, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education and training, sports management, media and entertainment, manufacturing, social entrepreneurship, clean tech, mobile and financial services. Special sessions will allow for foreign delegations and foreign trade and technology development boards to participate in the Global Exchange Program.
