Beceem Uses Magma's RTL-To-GDSII and Sign-Off System to Tape Out 65-nm Mobile Wimax Wave 2 Solution |

Magma® Design Automation announced that Beceem Communications used Magma's integrated digital IC implementation and sign-off system to tape out a WiMAX Wave 2 solution on TSMC's 65-nanometer (nm) process. With Magma's system, Beceem was able to reduce the overall turnaround time significantly. Beceem used Magma's QuartzTM RC, Quartz Time and Quartz Rail sign-off software for timing, extraction and static IR analysis.
