Kelly Services announced the appointment of Rajiv Mehrotra as the Country General Manager for India with immediate effect. Mr. Mehrotra brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, operations and strategic planning to this role and joins Kelly from Shyam Telecom where he was the Head of Business Operations, managing the business consulting division for India, Europe and Asia Pacific. Reporting to Mr. Dhirendra Shantilal, Senior Vice President, Kelly Services, Asia-Pacific, Mr. Mehrotra (41) will have overall responsibilities of consolidating and expanding Kelly's business and investment opportunities in India.   

Prior to joining Shyam Telecom in 2006, Mr. Mehrotra spent several years in various  senior management roles with Airtel Broadband and Telephone Services, key amongst them being Chief - Business Operations, UP and Chief - Sales and Marketing (North). Previously, Mr. Mehrotra was with Koshika Telecom as General Manager - Sales and Marketing and prior to that, he spent several years with Modi Xerox as Regional Sales Manager (North Central). He graduated with a bachelor in science degree from the University of Lucknow and earned a master's degree in marketing from the same university.
