MRO-TEK implemented a customized solution to connect some of
the leading BIAL's (Bangalore International Airport Ltd.) customers operating
in its premise with access to seamless voice and internet applications. The
last mile access and delivery solution was completely designed to ensure
reliable and seamless connection of BIAL internal network infrastructure with
the service provider networks.
BIAL had an Ethernet Backhaul which provides scalable
bandwidth in flexible increments, simplified management, and faster &
lower-cost provisioning. BIAL had to transport the E1 PRIs and Internet Leased
Lines from ISPs over the existing Ethernet core infrastructure. MRO-TEK
implemented a solution with TDMoIP driven units called as IPMUX. IPMUX ensures
low end-to-end processing delay, configurable packet size to achieve proper
balance between PSN throughput & delay, enhanced buffering mechanism for
network packet delay variation, VLANs and finally QoS which reliably transports
E1 over the existing Ethernet Core.
