o3 Capital Takes Over Wolet Capital

o3 Capital announced that that it has acquired Wolet Capital, a boutique investment banking and corporate advisory firm based in the United States. o3 Capital will build on the existing capabilities of both firms to increase its reach to customers across the globe and provide better assistance to clients looking to expand operations globally. o3 capital already has existing operations in the US , and its acquisition of Wolet capital will further its access in the US markets, thus delivering more opportunities for cross border activities to its clientele. This acquisition also signifies an emerging trend of the rising Indian economy, with an increasing number of Indian enterprises seeking to gain more access to the lucrative markets in the West and expanding beyond domestic markets. o3 Capital will retain the team of Wolet and in addition, few key personnel from o3 will also be joining the firms operations in the US . The two companies have not disclosed the acquisition price and terms of the acquisition. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals, and is expected to be completed within few weeks.
