Indian pizza brand U S Pizza Restaurants signs a memorandum of understanding with Royal Eateries for setting up 20 outlets in Sourashtra. US Pizza endeavours to build its reputation as a healthy and tasty fast food brand, while through constant innovation they are able to offer the best value for money. The most unique concept of the outlet is the "Salad Bar" which will offer a wide variety of 24 salads which will change each day. Fresh salads with vegetables, fruits, cereals, pasta in combination with different seasonings will be a part of the menu.

The first phase of investment saw Nirmal Kotecha of Kotecha Capital acquire 49% stake in United Pizza restaurants Pvt ltd that owns the brand US Pizza. This acquisition will see enough funds being raised needed for the expansion plans by the company. Earlier this year in November US Pizza initiated its expansion mode by opening the largest outlet in India - a 5500 sq ft fully interactive dine-in outlet on G Road in Ahmedabad in Gujarat. This is their first flagship restaurant.

Another part of the investment will help create a world class R&D centre that will cater to the company's vision in providing healthy fast food, through replacing low nutritive value /junk ingredients by use of high nutritive ingredients and introduction of new customized flavours. A part of the investment will be put in enabling the export venture of US Pizza which set to start next month. Operating mainly as a pure franchisee company the company is also looking at new franchisees outlets to be opened across India. Royal Eateries is US Pizza's biggest franchisee in Gujarat and are entering with US Pizza that will enable substantial growth of US Pizza brand in Sourashtra. Royal Eateries is the royal brand of Sourashtra which is owned and managed by yuvraj of Rajkot - "Shri Mandhata Sinhji Jadeja" The MOU signing between US Pizza and Royal Eateries will announce the launch of 14 US Pizza outlets in Saurashtra. As a part of expansion plans, the next few months will see 2 new brands being launched under US Pizza Restaurants Pvt Ltd. The first being toasties, a sandwitch brand being launched from Hyderabad and to open chain across India and the second being the Indian Fast Food.
