Allegis Group announced that  the company has completed its acquisition of  TVA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ,a leading IT recruitment firm headquartered in Bangalore. Allegis will leverage on its global customer base to enable TVA to further strengthen its market domination in the recruiting space in India. TVA now called "TVA Allegis" would continue to be a permanent hiring company; it would look at rapidly expanding its operations in the cities of Chennai and Hyderabad and also add the cities of Pune and Mumbai to its operational footprint in the next 3 months. TVA Allegis would further add two new verticals namely financial services and the infrastructure sector to the current IT sector that it services in the recruiting space. It was advised by Meghraj SP Corporate Finance in this transaction. Allegis currently operates in India and provides IT and engineering services having approximately 400 employees across the cities of Bangalore and Chennai.
