Young stars to be groomed by cricket veterans, Mohinder Amarnath and Surinder Khanna for a special cricket coaching camp. Wasim Baig and Akshay Kodath of Presidency School , Bangalore are among the twenty of the most talented players out of 9 , 220 participants from across 461 teams to be selected for a seven-day special cricket coaching camp.

After the resounding success of the Boost Cricket Cup Inter-City Challenge , Wasim Baig and Akshay Kodath of Presidency School , Bangalore are among the twenty of the most talented players out of 9 , 220 participants from across 461 teams to be selected for a seven-day special cricket coaching camp. The state of the art camp will be held in Mumbai , at MCA Ground , Kandivli from the April 14th to April 21 , 2008. At the end of the camp out of these twenty talented cricketers , five 'Ratnas' will be identified and rewarded with cash prizes of Rs 20 , 000 each for their par excellence performance. 

Boost Cricket Cup organized by Procam and Boost is the premier national under-17 Inter school cricket tournament which runs under the aegis of respective State Cricket Associations which are directly affiliated to the BCCI , the largest cricketing board in the world. Boost , a true sport advocate , attempts to create the stepping stone to the national cricket team and provide a platform for young talented cricket players to compete at the national level in an atmosphere that is thoroughly professional. It is their constant endeavour to promote grass root level cricket in India , identify talent early and give them a fitting platform to showcase their skills.

The players will be trained under the tutelage of the renowned former Indian test cricketers Mohinder Amarnath and Surinder Khanna and will be guided by expert physiotherapist Dr. Ajaz Ashai. The camp will be conducted in two sessions , from 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. The morning session will be fitness training under Dr. Ejaz , while their cricketing skills will be honed in the evening session.
