Premier League's Team Mohali announced the appointment of Neil Maxwell as the
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the team. His role as part of the core
management team would be to oversee the operations of the team and work towards
building a brand for Team Mohali.
Neil is not new to cricket and has been actively
involved in the sport for last 22 years. As an all rounder, Neil has played for
Australia 'A' as well as
represented New South Wales and Victoria state teams for
several years. He gained valuable experience in marketing and communication
while working with Cricket NSW, the Melbourne Cricket Club; Lord's (Marylebone
Cricket Club) and New Zealand Cricket in administration and marketing roles.
Using his cricket expertise, Neil joined fellow cricketer Shane Lee to
establish Sporting Frontiers India and Sporting Frontiers Cricket, an
international sports marketing group. After successful launches the pair went
out on their own and co-founded Insite Organisation - a multi-dimensional,
integrated Marketing and Communications agency.
