Sybase 365 announced its partnership with C-SAM to extend its mobile banking platform - Sybase mBanking 365TM - to include a downloadable Java and NFC compatible client.  Retail and Commercial banks worldwide can now offer mobile banking services through SMS, WAP (Browser based), and a downloadable Java client, providing increased flexibility to interact with their customers.

Sybase mBanking 365 services enable financial institutions to interact with customers in real-time through mobile alerts, two-way banking and payments services utilizing SMS, WAP and client based protocols, security enhancement applications such as two factor authentication (2FA), as well as online tools for marketing campaigns.  Sybase mBanking 365 is the only solution to support natural language technology utilizing the Answers 365TM service, enabling customers to interact and access services intuitively via SMS, without the need to memorize set keywords.

C-SAM's secure Mobile Transaction Platform offers a host of services over a user-friendly mobile client that includes mobile banking, bill payments, money transfer, person-to-person payments, ticketing, coupons, loyalty, stored value, advertising, NFC based proximity transactions, and other value added services for banks, operators, and merchants.
