Amar Chitra Katha and Tinkle - has been acquired by ACK Media. The company announced its expansion to Bangalore - the upcoming media hub, with the establishment of its creative studio in the city. The studio will develop products using new and old proprietary characters, stories and games. This latest addition will enable ACK Media to deliver new and innovative digital products more rapidly.  

The studio expands ACK Media's core capabilities in 2D and 3D animation, game design, scripting and character development. These will enable product development for multiple platforms including print, online, games, TV, mobile and films.  ACK Media will also leverage these in-house capabilities to work more effectively with multiple production studios for developing new offerings.
