Dell and Microsoft Corporation India announced a large account reseller agreement (LAR) to provide integrated technology solutions to Indian enterprises. Under the agreement, the two companies will offer core infrastructure and business productivity solutions with a focus on the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI), Government; IT enabled Services (ITeS) and Manufacturing verticals. Dell is a Microsoft Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Windows Desktop Operating System, Office, Windows Server and SQL Server  and a hardware provider for Microsoft  Unified Communications Solutions. Both companies have been working together to provide customers with scalable, stable, and cost-effective solutions.

To provide high value integrated solutions to customers, Dell has further enhanced its support and service teams in India, improved its capabilities of implementing and deploying solutions and support, and strengthened technical support and service for Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Unix/Linux Migration, and System Management Server and Microsoft Operations Manager. Dell will provide its unique single-point of accountability, support service network that spans over 630 cities in India to support enterprises on a real-time basis.
