The Bangalore HR Summit 2007 is all set to begin on Dec.7, 2007 in the City. This annual congregation of Human Resources professionals from India, Asia Pacific and Middle East will deliberate on the theme " Leveraging Technology for HR Effectiveness".  This was stated by Mr. Aaron Watson spokesman of Institute of HRD at a press meet today.

Over 250 Human resource professionals from India, Singapore, Srilanka, Mauritius and Middle East representing various sectors such as Public Sector, Information Technology, BPO, Manufacturing, and services sectors are expected to participate in the two day deliberations. During the HR summit CEO's, Vice Presidents and Heads of Human Resource Function of leading companies like, Accenture, Symphony, Oracle, Dell, Satyam, Honeywell, Infosys BPO, MindTree, Wipro etc. are going to address the delegates on a wide range of issues crucial in leveraging technology in enhancing HR effectiveness in the current business scenario.

The HR summit will showcase the technologies developed by some of the leading Indian and International companies in leveraging technology for enhancing HR effectiveness. An exhibition of HR products and services is also being organized. The HR summit will announce the winner of the Young HR Professional of the Year 2007 award, besides best paper awards in Students and HR professionals category. Mr.Ram Navaratna briefed the press about the HR summit 2007 in Kannada.  Mr.Siraj Director, Institute of HRD and Mr.Viajyanand were also present on the occasion.
