GLOPORE IMS chosen by AQUENT as its sole IT Service Management (ITSM) partner for its offshore studios division facilities in India. It shall implement and take over end-to-end management of IT infrastructure on an ongoing basis for AQUENT in India.

GLOPORE IMS, IT Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) provider, announced that AQUENT, marketing and creative staffing agency with operations in 70 cities across 17 countries, has chosen GLOPORE IMS as its sole IT Service Management (ITSM) partner for its offshore studios division facilities in India. Being an IT enabled services organization with limited in-house ITSM focus and capabilities, AQUENT chose to partner with GLOPORE IMS for the entire planning, designing, deploying and ongoing management of its heterogeneous IT computing and network infrastructure at its offshore studio in Bangalore, so that it could focus on its core business and growth.

Appropriate controls were deployed to ensure tracking and governance of the project in terms of schedule, quality and cost at all times. On an ongoing basis, GLOPORE IMS is proactively managing AQUENT's entire IT infrastructure remotely from its Global Network Operation Center (GNOC).
