Zinnov Research and Consulting, one of the leaders in providing HR consulting solutions, recently hosted India's first ever excellence in recruitment awards - The Zinnov Recruitment Excellence Award.

The Awards Ceremony was conducted to felicitate and recognize the top-recruiting firms serving the IT Industry in Bangalore. This programme brought together the high fliers of leading recruitment firms, who belong to the arena of adroit par excellence. These recruitment companies were evaluated and benchmarked by a panel of highly qualified professionals from HR & Recruitment industry.

The awards encompassing five prestigious categories include the Emerging Company of the Year (Best Startup), Customer Delight Award, Best Strategic IT Talent Consulting Company of the Year (Temporary Staffing), Best Process Excellence Award, and Technology Leadership Award.

The Awards function was graced by the presence of Vice Presidents and HR leaders from reputed IT companies in Bangalore.
