Bangalore Bio 2007 asks for research papers from researchers, scientists and technocrats in various areas of biotechnology, at the Poster Session - "Walkway of Discovery", a prime feature of the three day Biotech Event. The event starts from June 7th onwards and the venue is International Conference at Bangalore International Exhibition Center (BIEC), located at Tumkur Road. Outstanding Posters presented at Poster Session - 'Walkway of Discovery' shall be awarded during the Awards Nite Function of Bangalore Bio 2007. The last date for abstract submission is 10th May 2007.

Bangalore Bio 2007 invites researchers, scientists and technocrats to present their papers on path breaking ideas and innovative research in various areas of biotechnology, at the Poster Session - "Walkway of Discovery", a prime feature of the three day Biotech Event. 

The poster session is being held in conjunction with the International Conference at Bangalore International Exhibition Center (BIEC), located at Tumkur Road, from June 7th onwards, with a view to provide an unique opportunity for young researchers to share their innovation and research aimed at problem solving solutions in areas of Basic Biotechnology, Agri-biotechnology, Environment and Health-Care sciences. This platform shall recognize talent, research capabilities & innovation skills of young researchers. In line with the theme of Bangalore Bio 2007 Conference "Accelerating Industry Growth through Integrated Innovation", a preference would be given to posters with a high degree of innovation, problem solving approach and socio-economic significance of the research. 

With an audience of over 1000 industry professionals, with leading venture capital companies among others, this session offers a platform to foster top-notch collaborations with academia, research organizations, Venture Capitalists and the industry. Topics related to path breaking academic research or growth effort, which could potentially provide solutions to, or tackle, unanswered needs in biotechnology should form the essence of the abstracts. An eminent panel of judges comprising leading industry professionals and Academicians shall adjudge the abstracts for their prospective commercial potential and viability. Selected Poster will be called for presentation at 'Walkway of Discovery'.
