MSN India appoints new Head of Consumer Marketing |

Mumbai, January 10, 2007: MSN India, the leading online destination for Indians across the globe, announced the appointment of Satya Raghavan as Head- Consumer Marketing. The appointment is part of MSN India's continued commitment to delivering the highest level of service and support to its customers. Satya will be reporting to Jaspreet Bindra, Country Head, MSN India & Windows Live.
In this newly created role, Satya Raghavan will be responsible for the marketing and PR of the brand portfolio of products like MSN India and Windows Live. Satya brings to the table experience in marketing and sales across FMCG, Media & IT industries. His most recent stint was with Star India where he was VP Marketing for the portfolio of six Star televisions channels. Prior to that Satya has been Brand Manager for Pillsbury. His sales experience was with Coca-Cola. "Brands like Hotmail, MSN, and Windows Live Messenger are the preferred brands of the evolving Indian internet user.
