Brigade Group released their annual calendar for the year 2007 at the Bangalore Golf Club. The calendar was released by chief guest, Mr. Kumar Naik, IAS, Commissioner of the Department of Tourism.

This year's calendar is titled "Magical Mysore". The twelve months feature interesting sites and destinations in and around Mysore -from the Mysore Palace , Kabini Wildlife Reserve, Chamundi Hill and the Kesava Temple at Somanathapur.

The pictures of the calendar have been carefully selected from the portfolios of distinguished photographers like T.N.A. Perumal, T.S. Satyan, Dr Manoj Sindagi and H. Satish, to name a few. The unique feature of this calendar is the valuable information it provides about every tourist destination featured in it. The Brigade calendar has been an annual publication of the Brigade Group for over 10 years now. Today, it has become a much loved collector's item, for the lively imagery and insightful information it provides, on specific subjects, year after year. Previous calendars have covered subjects as varied as art, photography, wildlife, birds and flowering trees of Bangalore . In the past, Brigade Group has also contributed to the promotion of tourism in our state through calendars showcasing heritage sites of Bangalore and places of tourist interest in the vicinity of Chikmagalur. Continuing the tradition, this year the calendar travels to places of interest in and around Mysore
