CRM - at the Speed of Light by Paul Greenberg

Paul Greenbergs' CRM at the Spped of Light is an 670 page tome on CRM. It is one of the best books in the market for those who are about to implement CRM in their companies. It gives a birds' eye view on the entire spectrum of CRM from scratch - right from the definition of CRM, to how CRM is linked to to the other Business Management Processes (BPM) like Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), Sales Force Automation (SFA) and to the future of CRM.

Paul Greenberg is one of the foremost gurus of CRM and this book is written in a very easy to read manner with a dash of humour thrown in. His knowlege of the subject and personal acquaintance of each CRM software and the founders is awesome.

In each chapter he describes the best of breed tool in  each segment like Business Intelligence and the nature of the company.

Highly recommended for everbody in the CRM community and anybody who wants to implement CRM from scratch.
