One can attribute the IT / ITES industry for the spurt in demand for office space and prices in Bangalore. This industry however has to be very careful of how much it spends on Manpower and Office space, after all cost advantage is a big reason this industry gets business. Till what point in terms of these costs will Bangalore still make sense for IT and ITES companies? What are the global bench marks? When should they start looking for alternate locations?
