He founded Infopace in 1999 to cater to SMEs with holistic support in Management consulting. He has a rich management experience in international business with over 16 yrs of field experience .As a Master franchise of BSG TACK International and was responsible for developing their business in South India from 1997 to 2003 . He is excellent in Public Relations . Apart from his initiatives in the fields of IT and Export he has developed business in India for the Pinnacle Group, UAE and has handled numerous turnkey projects on his personal capacity. He was responsible for the development of an extensive network for the Export market with vital links directly relating to the World Trade Organizations in several countries.

In the last 7 years he has been assisting and working on various aspects of enterprise development strategies for the industry and initiated various programmes on Project Management , Six Sigma and other quality process. He has also researched and made breakthroughs in HR interventions and its potential as a separate industry for the next decade.He is currently an acting consultant to several mid sized companies in India .He is also on the board of COMILE ENTERPRISE LTD (New Zealand) and GVL LLC (USA)

Apart from Bishop Cotton Insitute of Managament (Ynk)and Presidency B-school, he is also a visiting professor at the British University of Wales Management Programmes at TASMAC.
