The Article about Ms.Pratima makes wonderful reading. 
I was informed of your site by a friend of mine and when I browsed various articles,this one about public service was interesting and I had also read about Pratima in an other website and she and her organisation seem to be doing a tremendous job on these issues. 
After reading your article,I did visit the web site of Shelters and it calls for involvement,dedication and perseverance to be doing or atleast making an sincere and honest attempt to do something good for people without any let up for the last several years. 
You have done the right thing by covering such good job and I wish you highlight many such good job that are being done throughout the country by many such people and which like Pratima's largely goes unnoticed.
